TSHEDZOM is a Tibetan-American dancer working in choreography, film, installation, and performance art. Originally from Seattle, she graduated from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee in 2022 and since has been dancing between coasts. Tshedzom’s process is rooted inher Tibetan culture, often intersecting themes of social ecology and liberation. Her obsessionwith responsibility fuels her research as she aims to create atmospheres that invite change andexpand our public imagination. Tshedzom has worked with artists including Marina Abramović, Fox Whitney, Alice Gosti, Sara Markovic, and Gilbert Blin. Her creations have been presentedwith The Rubin Museum of Himalayan Art, On the Boards, Velocity Dance Center, YakpoCollective, and Tibet Film Festival.
